I'm a Bristol-based nature-sound recordist/field recordist primarily capturing spatial recordings of natural environments. I record individual species and urban environments too.

My unique ambient recording rig is based on NOS and records ultra-low noise spatial ambience in 2.0, 4.0 and 8.0 (3D).

I've recorded and built libraries of regions including the Saharan Atlas Mountains; Southern Carpathian Mountains; Sierra du Andujar, Spain and Cheringoma Plateau, Mozambique, and my recordings have featured in sound installations including at the British Museum and the Atlantic Centre for the Arts in Florida; and nature docs for BBC, Netflix, PBS and more
